- In case of refunds (full or partial), if the payment has been made using debit/credit card, we will issue the refund amount to the same card. The transaction may take up to seven working days to reflect on your account depending on your bank’s refund policy.
- In the unfortunate case of lost package, you will be issued a full refund amount; if part of your order is missing, we may top up your wallet with the missing item(s) value or we will issue a bank credit/debit card as partial refund.
- We do not return the products! Our products are within the food supply, and require specialized operational handling, to be in line with the legal health norms. This fact makes our products non-returnable..
